Last week, I had the pleasure of wrapping up an intensive deep-learning course for Master’s students!
Over three intense days, we dived deep (pun intended 😉 ) into the history of neural networks, from the perceptron in the 50s to the transformer architectures and LLM. The students explored and grasped the key advancements that have shaped this incredible field!
We tackled the mathematical foundations of these models, covering concepts such as the chain rule, backpropagation through time, attention mechanisms, and more!
After all that, they were able to challenge themselves through hands-on projects, applying these concepts in real-world settings.
A big step toward becoming successful data scientists!
